About Dave

Speaking engagements have taken me over 4 million miles, presenting more than 3,000 seminars all over the world. By coaching, training, and consulting with hundreds of top real estate associates during the past three decades, I have learned from the successes and failures and condensed that learning into ONE simple strategy to succeed.

Since entering the real estate business in 1974, I have evolved from top salesperson to training director to manager, speaker, author and personal business coach. More recently I have been sought after as a leading industry expert by REALTORS®, broker/owners and corporations. Students seem to be drawn to insights, humor, and wisdom from a 34 year career in real estate -can you believe it!?

I developed the PLATINUM SERVICE PROGRAM- a method designed to exceed customer expectations and add value to client+agent relationship. However, I am probably best known as “The Letterwriter” for developing six wildly successful prospecting and client follow-up systems: LetterWriter, LetterWriter Plus, eLetterWriter, NewsletterWriter, The LIFE SUCCESS SYSTEM, and the BRAND NEW LetterWriter Platinum.

I have taught in all 50 states; spoken at 31 consecutive National Association of REALTORS® conventions and at nearly every State REALTOR® convention. In addition, I have enjoyed presenting seminars in beautiful places like Mexico, Canada, the Virgin Islands, New Zealand, Australia, Ireland, England and South Africa. My primary focus has been helping professional agents to streamline their business and add profits using technology.
